It is the second time that I have been given an appointment by the receptionist and when walked in they never knew about it. It is really hard to organise an appointment myself and my partner is a key worker as well as childcaring. When I asked the receptionist to give me an email to make a complaint she provided me with one that is not valid. This shows the complete failure of the appointment and reception system. However, the nurses and doctors are excellent and highly helpful. |

Really bad receptionist I would rather try and sort my problems out myself then ring and have to speak to them! |

My Partner and I have been using Pelaw medical practice for 30 years plus and we have always extremely grateful and satisfied with the service. The Doctors are lovely, thorough and make me feel confident I am getting the best treatment. When I hear other people describe the problems the have with their Doctors practices, I always say you should switch to Pelaw. |
