My sister is registered with this surgery. Today she fell and put her back out and was in so much pain that she couldn’t get up off the floor. This was at 8:30am. After calling the surgery and being advised that she needs an ambulance, we called for an ambulance. To then be told that she didn’t actually need one and the GP would call her back urgently to give her medication. This whole time she was stuck on the floor, unable to move even slightly. It is now 5pm and there has still been no call from the GP, my sister is still on the floor and after several follow up calls trying to contact a doctor, we have been told she on an emergency call list. This surgery does not care about their patients. Pure negligence. Avoid at all costs. |

I have used the services of this practice for over 5 years and have never had any problems with any aspect of the services offered.
The reception staff are polite, nursing staff helpful and knowledgeable and doctors listening without clock watching. |

I have been registered with this practice since June 2018 and I have never known such a shoddy service.
Month upon month when I've ordered prescriptions I've gone to collect them from chemist only to find items either not there full stop, missing or that I didn't order even though I ordered verbally face to face, over phone or CLEARLY marked on repeat slip.
I've posted two feedback forms stating I was angry at lack of service, have told receptionists the same when particular ones were responsible and constantly get fobbed off and the worst is NOBODY seems willing to accept responsibility. Also the fact that the practice has never responded to ANY of these reviews or has acted on negative feedback goes to show unwillingness to be transparent and, to reiterate, be held accountable. What happens for instance if somebody needs crucial medication to stay alive?! I need say no more. |
