I have been with this Surgery for almost 30 years and have never had a problem with Drs, Nurses or Reception Staff..
Yes sometimes takes a while to get through on phone, but when i get through and if i need a urgent appointment i am always seen.. | ||||||

For an inner city GP practice the waiting times aren't too bad. All 3 of the different GPs I've seen were very good, except for one locum GP that seemed rushed. All the nurses very goof too. | ||||||

I have not had the best experience with this medical practice. I wish the doctors had listening to me more carefully.
In my opinion doctors seem to struggle with patients mental health issues. When I presented with physical problems, the GP's appear to be clearer how they might treat me. I wonder if, generally speaking, more training needs to be undertaken by GP and mental health issues.
Another problem is the long waiting time for an appointment.
I have had 3 experiences when a nurse did not use gloves when taking blood. I think it is not acceptable. | ||||||
