Absolutely awful, rude and disrespectful receptionists. Every time i have called up for an appointment or for some help i have always been greeted by 'can i help?' no friendly hello or introduction, then the conversation is followed with rudeness from the receptionist, i am calling for help and they make you feel so belittled and the matter i have called for never gets dealt with. Never greeted with a smile in the surgery, they gossip and laugh once the patient has turned away from the reception desk for all the patients in the waiting room to see, aren't these people supposed to be helpful and making patients feel comfortable? They cant even answer a request for simple information its always 'you'll have to speak to the doctor we are only receptionists'. If there is no change in my future calls or visits i will be submitting a formal complaint and leaving this surgery as no one deserves to be treated like this. My family and I have been with this practice for many years now, and we have found all doctors, nurses and receptionists have been absolutely spot on with us. Very polite and very well mannered. No horrible experiences to speak of.. 5 stars for all members, i have recommended this practice to loads of people. | ||||||

Cannot get an appointment, tried 4 days in a row, told my doctor was fully booked indefinately, I've been with this practice over 50 years and it's never ever been this bad! Booking appointment system must be changed! ( still not got appointment) | ||||||
