I have visited this surgery for almost 30 years, my doctor is Dr p Carrington,, and all I have is praise for the care and attention I receive, I always come out feeling better than when I went in,, and due to a chronic physical illness I have seen him numerous times, he always listens attentively, and gives best treatment needed,,, I understand over the years the appointment system has changed with our current times, but I never seem to have a problem seeing him when I need to. He is my doctor and if he thinks I need to be seen he will see me. This makes me extremely grateful to have him as my doctor. |

I have always found medical and non medical staff caring, courteous and helpful. I know these are difficult times for everyone and it may be hard to get an appointment on the day but the telephone consultation and econsult systems are efficient and have worked well for me. If symptoms need further investigation a face to face appointment this has been arranged promptly following remote consultations . Vaccination clinics etc are well organised and I am very happy with the surgery |

This is the third time I rang for an appointment and the third time I was turned away due to lack of appointments. I could go to a walk-in-centre but my problem needs a GP not a nurse. I could go to A&E, but I do not have an emergency. I could line up at 7:30AM in front of the surgery as many others do, but that means being late for work. Or I could ring 111 and get an appointment with a GP who does not know me. Welcome to the NHS!
