Outstanding care,support and professionalism from the administrative team,healthcare assistants,practice nurses and Dr Balfry in particular. Helen is a big miss from St Anthony’s as is Dr Schofield.The online system is exemplary and very efficiently operated maintained and monitored. Ordering prescriptions is so easy through the wonderful NHS app and access to all medical records so accessible too from that app.Being listened to and really heard however, is the biggest and most fantastic aspect of my recent experience of this practice and I am truly grateful to Dr Balfry and the team for everything they have done to help me ???? |

Since my Dr , Dr Scofield left this place has went downhill fast, reception is a joke and since having a bad reaction to a local anaesthetic with ankles and feet swelling within 24 hours and getting blood clots in my legs ive never been the same since, now on perm sick. I can walk barely since it.. some people react to diff drugs my was bad i now cant heal wounds properly and me i was working and fit before, now im falling apart. Place is rotten inside and looks like the 90s inside. To the head doctor, stop trying to get my comment retracted and covering things up. Shame on you! |

This is by far the best surgery I have ever registered with. The staff are very helpful and doctors are very caring and always get back to you regarding any health issues. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed it and most times I would be seen within a couple of days of contacting the surgery with my queries, and usually contacted by the doctor on the same day to understand my situation. The one thing I think could be better is the phone lines as the lines only seem to take one call at a time so I end up having to call multiple times till there is no one on the line so I can get through, but otherwise I highly recommend registering here |
