I rang to ask for my fit note to be renewed and was told i have to do it online at the practice website when i said i had tried and wasn't able to do it and asked the woman if she was allowed to request it for me she told me she would this once then id have to do it online next time it was due which is this weekend so not looking forward to that | ||||||

Seen regularly for both chronic and acute issues. Always see the Advanced Nurse Practitioner if I can. Service is warm, welcoming, comforting, honest, to the point, with lots of information....very professional but down to earth at the same time......always treated with dignity and respect.....well done! | ||||||

I've just called the practice to book an appointment, I'm not in any particular hurry but as a fulltime worker I am not able to drop everything and attend the Doctors at anytime, I'm also not able to make call the Doctors before 10:30 as I am busy working. I was informed that there are no appointments available for the next 7 days as the Doctors are fully booked up, I have been advised to call back first thing tomorrow morning to see if there are any appointments available for next Thursday as the appointments are released on a daily basis 7 days in advance, if when I call tomorrow morning there are no appointments left for next Thursday I have been advised to call again on Friday morning to see if there are any appointments for a week on Friday and so on and so on. This is a ridiculous situation, surely there is a simpler way to book an appointment to see a Doctor!. Is the practice manager available to discuss?.
