You might be able to get a same day appointment if you ring at 8AM, but that's no use when your working as you can not take a day off if the appointment is not granteed. Seriously considering finding another practice which is why I am on NHS site checking reviews. In order for the practice to investigate fully the issues you have raised, it would be helpful if you would please contact the practice and speak with Kevin Doran Practice Manager on 0191 5438807, We take all feedback seriously and use this to learn or to implement new ways of working, we have a variety of Clinicians that work across our three sites who are trained and specialised to deal with Patient Care, We have routine appointments available to book this week so I cant understand how you are experiencing problems accessing these, I would be so grateful if you could please contact the Practice to arrange an appointment at a convenient time that suits your needs, Please note we also offer appointments in Extended Access at Washington Primary Care Centre on an evening and weekend which maybe suitable for yourself with working.
