My other half is dealing with surgery and its staff on a regular basis as her mother is being treated for a terminal cancer condition
I am leaving this review on her behalf as she is too kind to do so!
The surgery is completely un contactable by telelphone with a message saying that they have in excess of 40 calls waiting a regular occurance.
The reception staff are un-obliging, un helpful and obviously in the wrong profession.
Promised return calls rarely happen.
We receive a better, mire efficent and caring service fron our vet. | ||||||

I am so sad that this surgery has had poor reviews. I've been a patient here for 16 years, along with my family, and have always found the receptionists very polite and helpful. Every doctor I have seen, including locums, has been very professional and friendly. Due to rising patient numbers it is less easy now to get an appointment exactly when wished, but that is not the staff's fault. They are an ever-more stretched team doing their very best. | ||||||

I think you have to have a degree in being rude to work on the reception here. The doctors aren't a great deal better. Awful experience every single time and often leave feeling belittled. | ||||||
