Been with them a few years, believe the service is excellent, doctors very good,receptionists always helpful, nurses are very good, there all work as a good team.
There are times when demands on the service is over booked, it's not the fault of the practice.
I think the practice is very popular with most people due to the good service it does.

Awful service. impossible to reach by phone, poor followup for appointments, staff are ever changing and so keeping a GP is difficult. | ||||||

I rang 17 times before getting through, only to be on hold for nearly 10 minutes. I was then told I had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. Not good when I told them it was urgent, I ended up going to hospital. | ||||||
