Before the pandemic getting a doctors appointment was quite simply.now you are either told to ring 111 or they make an appointment with a health worker,have all the doctors retired or left.The staff on reception are extremely efficient,and if you see a nurse they also are polite and efficient,having a doctor ring you to diagnose a problem is not helping the patient. |
