Rang with a request to see GP as suggested by the Physiotherapist I am seeing. A week later I received a text saying they would aim to get me an appointment within 4 weeks with First Contact Physiotherapist! I rang to question this and Receptionist clearly saw what the original request was and couldn’t understand the decision made. She then said she would look into it for me. 2 days later another text stating that as I was already on the list for an appointment (presumably a Physiotherapist) I would have to have that one. I called in at surgery to see what appointment I am waiting for -.allegedly it is to see the GP but a timescale could not be given. |

Brilliant service when you can get through on the phone. Doctors are really good kind and caring good at following things up. Easier to use the online site. The reason not given excellent rating because you get a great doctor who knows your case you get to feel comfortable with them then they leave. I always feel involved with my medication they listen to what your problem is and act accordingly. |

I am still waiting for appointments which I requested 08/11/2022 and 20/11/2022. I have even been unable to get a blood pressure reading completed for my diabetes check( it is over 3 years since my last check...obviously covid put a stop to the 6 monthly appointments) I was appalled today whilst waiting to speak to the receptionist that they were asking an elderly lady for her mobile number...she didn't have one. She had been waiting for a week for a call, and she had had to ask a friend to drive her to the surgery so she could try and sort out her issue- she was sent away after being told that someone would ring her...soon. As previous comments have said, patients must be living in fear of being critically ill ... |
