Member of this practice for over 14 years - never failed to get an appt. when needed. Staff and doctors are great and always helpful! Would happily recommend them to anyone. I have always found access to appointments easy and friendly. The reception staff are good listeners and helpful, enabling (mercifully few) needs which I feel to be immediate to dealt with quickly and usually on a same day basis.Giving background circumstances to them elicits appropriate responses. The practice doctors are warm in their welcome. A personal service with a feeling that the individual is important as well as the condition. Recent need for hospital referral was swift and effective; follow up by practice nurses also excellent. I would fully recommend this practice to anyone moving into the area | ||||||
