Have attended walk in surgeries at both Catterick and Colburn. Efficient reception staff and excellent GP access and support. Doing a superb job. | ||||||

I attended Catterick Village Surgery this evening 09/04/2018.
It was helpful to be seen later in the day so I didn’t have to take time off work.
The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful.
I get very anxious meeting new people and it was my first time at this surgery but the Doctor I met instantly put me at ease.
He listened to my questions and concerns. Helped me form a decision on an issue I’d been struggling with. Guided me to the right care for my injury.
This means a LOT to me. I didn’t feel like ‘just another patient’. I was treated respectfully and as an individual and at no time felt rushed.
