Takes forever to get through on phone, then receptionist uncaring and dismissive and my concerns ignored, can't have an appointment either by phone or in person for several weeks despite needing continuing medication and mental health support. The staff at the reception don't care, are dismissive and patronising. I shall change practices because they make you feel worthless at every interaction you have with them |

Impossible to contact them!, I was told that i was fine and wouldn't need a specialist referral twice, only to push for one and receive a very serious life-changing long-term diagnosis. I have never seen the same doctor twice, so have to re-explain everything each time. When my diagnosis came I was so shocked and unprepared as no GP had talked be through any possible outcomes, I required counselling. last year was the toughest of my life - made worse my this surgery. I was also refused the morning after pill, a couple years ago when in a lot of distress by a secretary- something a doctor said later should never have happened! |

It is really difficult to make an appointment. Appointments are only made available in two week blocks at a time and I have called on more than one occasion to be told that there are simply no appointments at all. The system is better than before when the surgery relied solely on the e-consultation form online, but it still has a long way to go. Pitiful service to patients. |
