Excellent professional service. I filled in an online form after being ill over Christmas, I was seen by a doctor the same day who was kind, knowledgeable and thorough so happy to be a patient here.

I had a triple heart bypass 4 weeks ago and I developed a leg infection were the vein was removed and I am now on my third lot of antibiotics. I find the infection quite worrying but I cannot see a doctor face to face even after such a serious operation so who gets to see a doctor? Yesterday I went for an appointment expecting to see a doctor but was just seen by a paramedic, you would not want to be on an airliner knowing that one of the stewards was flying it instead of the pilot. What have got to do to see a doctor?

The surgery seems to cope with the growing demands from Stamford Bridges growth and governments relentless attacks on the NHS very well. Myself, my wife and my two children always receive comparably prompt appointments, clear information and great support from patient and diligent staff. Thanks for everything you do.
