My wife and I have been with this practice since 1969 in its many forms and evolution and have nothing but praise for the staff, the Practitioners and the two practices we visit; one in Woodthorpe and one in Acomb.
The care we have received throughout several traumas, including attempted suicides of our daughter, and our own life threatening illnesses has been outstanding, and I had no doubts at all in referring several of our friends to the Practice who are also extremely pleased with the excellent care they also have received. | ||||||

I rang up for an appointment and had to wait a week for one then when I got there I register on line that I was there half an hour passed and I was still waiting and everyone who had come in after me were seen first I mentioned this to the resceptionist said that they were running late if that was true how were people who had appointments 20 minutes after mine were being seen first by the same doctor had they forgotten me or just move my appointment to let someone else in with out telling me so not happy but the service i got when I did see the doctor was very good they just need to sort out appointment system . | ||||||
