Despite the inconvenient occurred yesterday with a wrong booking at Holburne Road Surgery - made thru Valentine Health Partnership online platform (and limited features) -, I was quite pleasantly surprised with the kind support, professionalism and diligence offered by the doctor the facility manager and receptionist to help sort out the issue, moreover, bring a smile at the end of the day.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend this particular team from Holburne Road Surgery. |

I find the staff who answer calls to be very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional it is an awful experience calling up to ask for an appointment they are rude in their manner and uncaring of the fact that they have made a mistake when booking my daughter in with a nurse and seem to delight in saying to you no appointments available.
This is my worst experience ever having joined Valentines recently as I moved to the area that despite the fact the Doctors and Nurse I have seen at Holbourne Road are incredibly professional and caring I cannot deal with the telephone receptionists at ferryview anymore.
The staff I meet at reception at Holbourne seemed nice and helpful however one member of staff, and another at Ferryview are the most uncaring unprofessional and rude at best they need training in customer services and empathy.
I see no other option but to change surgery where I can hopefully find the care that is needed for my family.
Once you see a Doctor or nurse here your ok but trying to get through the horrid frontline staff is a trial. |

Rude receptionist would not even try to help me kept saying information given by a colleague couldn't have happened almost called me a liar. Told me there was no one else I could speak to. I kept explaining that I needed medication so could she find someone to help me and was told there was no more information and she was disconnecting me. |
