My 88yr old mother was discharged from hospital and this practice is supposed to carry out yearly reviews on two existing conditions. Blood tests are now 15months overdue and try as she might it is impossible to contact anyone short of holding a seance. This place has had 2yrs to formulate a plan to accommodate both patients and Covid but appear to have failed miserably. The CQC needs to revisit and bring their rating to the patient satisfaction level of 2.7. |

I’ve been registered at this surgery since birth. Both my parents are registered here too. We’ve never had any problems. The harsh reviews are way over the top. The nhs is struggling and as patients we take it out on the wrong people. The doctors and staff are wonderful and always try their best. Yes it may be difficult to get an appointment or through on the phones but that’s the same for every surgery. They’re stretched beyond means with ever increasing patient lists. If our appointments are late it’s not necessarily the clinicians fault, they could of had a difficult patient or an emergency to deal with. We need to be kind to our nhs and it’s workers.
The receptionist is absolutely lovely. She helped me find an appointment that would fit around my work. Not only that but she is super bubbly and friendly. |

I am a great advocate for the online service provided by the practice to book a GP appointment and order repeat prescriptions but would like to ask that patients are able to book an online appointment at 8am in the morning instead of midnight. This would mean practice staff would receive less calls to book appointments when the surgery opens on a morning and free up practice staff time to deal with other things. I went online at midnight on 6/09/19 and there was 1 appointment available which by the time I clicked to book the appointment it had already been taken. Also the practice is supposed to make available 25% of their appointments to book online and I don't think this is the case and would like to know if this is possible in the future. |
