I am sick and tired off this surgery. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter, who is 5 months old. She had a small spot on her chin, that has now turned in to a infection and it spread rapidly, covering nearly her whole chin.
For 2 whole weeks, I have been phoning in every morning at 8:00am, trying to get an appointment with any doctor which was available and all I use to hear was ("we are fully booked for today call in tomorrow".)
The only thing they did for me was, speaking to a doctor over the phone which, who had advised me, that I had nothing to worry about and he had also told me to clean the area on her chin. I took his advised and done what he had told me to do, for a week. I noticed that it getting worse, it was slowly spreading. I phoned in again trying to get an appointment any doctor, but I still had the same problem.
I did not give up, I still tried and I tried and hopefull today I had an appointment after 3 weeks. which was still really hard to get . My daughter had been in pain for 3 whole weeks they didn't not bother to do anything and did not take my matter Seriously. |

The principle contact either in consultation, telephone or visit has always been prompt, courteous and a real feeling of care about the patient. It does matter to find that you are not a trouble or nuisance. |

My wife and I have been patients at this Practice since moving to Bradford over 20 years ago. We have always found the staff to be helpful, caring, sensitive and courteous. We have not had a problem obtaining an appointment when necessary.
On one occasion when my wife was in extreme pain the "out of hours" service she received was exemplary.
The Practice is continually striving to improve the Patient accessibility to appropriate services and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice. |
