We moved to Bingley Medical practice in 2014.
We always find the surgery to be very clean and welcoming in a modern facility that has a light and airy space in the foyer and waiting areas.
The reception staff are very welcoming and always try to sort out any problems with prescriptions and appointments.
We have been impressed with the service and knowledge of the medical staff nurses and doctors.
During our time as patients we have been very well cared for and supported by the surgery.
We would not hesitate to recommend the practice to friends and family. | ||||||

Yesterday I went to the practice to make an appointment for a blood test and also to see a doctor about a medication review. I was very pleased when I got the appointments both next Tuesday. | ||||||

Overall the care given by the doctors here is good but the reception staff are so rude! Whether it's trying to get an appointment or trying to book in, arrange a repeat prescription or see a nurse, they are abrupt and have a terrible manner with patients, often speaking loudly so everyone in the waiting room can hear everything that is being said, not only breaking GDPR privacy regulations but also being downright embarrassing at times. Everything asked of them seem to put them out, as if they have the weight of the world on their shoulders just because you asked a question out of the ordinary or need. Also agree with someone elses comments that the wait times to get through are very poor and it is easy to get lost in the phone loop system without ever speaking with anyone at all. A real shame as the nursing staff and doctors are great. | ||||||
