The doctors are lovely doctors I am appalled at the service which their reception staff provide. I have been trying to contact this surgery for over 45 minutes & it’s been going to a Vodafone voicemail service. I have on previous occasions been spoke to very rudley by the reception staff, they just speak to you like rubbish and are very abrupt and dismissive. I’m that annoyed I’m going to change mine & my sons doctors not happy at all! |

This surgery is highly recommended and Dr's are wonderful also ANP's. Even going into the surgery cheers me up and feels like its a family. The surgery admin staff are fantastic.
I am well looked after by the surgery.

All I want to know is why can’t I make an appointment first thing in the morning, surgery opens at 8am and I tried to call 1 minute after and when I press option 1 for appointment, the operator says sorry can’t take your call. I don’t understand the logic of this in a gp surgery. So how else are we meant to make an appointment? |
