This is a wonderful family practice. I have been registered here for over 35years but have to say the last few years services have been exceptional, certainly from the GPs and management. The online options always allow appointments to be made quickly and ensure that you are not waiting at the other end of a que for too long. Excellent service from the online services for prescriptions, which is handy in particular for my parents as the process is seamless and medications arrive at the door.
I have never considered changing my practice due to the friendly and knowledgeable approach of the GPs and nursing staff. The Drs are invariably polite and helpful and I have every confidence in the treatment I have received. The automated appointment booking service works well, but it is always possible to speak to a member of staff if that is needed.
Two particular doctors are always willing to listen to any problems and show a great deal of care for patient's wellbeing. The NHS is under considerable strain and I feel patients should be more appreciative of what we do have rather than complain of what they do not have
Both Drs at the practice are always willing to listen and have a wonderful calm, friendly demeanour. I feel my parents are getting on top of a number of health problems because the doctor is so helpful and reassuring, sometimes they just need professional advice rather than medication and these Drs certainly have the skill to offer that. However busy the DRs are, they will always take time to explain everything so that we leave the surgery with a better understanding of what is wrong or how we can feel better. They are not watching the clock and limiting complex discussions to a ten minute slot.
The only suggestion I would make is ask your front staff to smile when approached, this can make a difference and is generally a good customer service skill. One particular member of staff is fab in always helping out with complex queries.

I have been with this sergerynearly last 9 years always get the appointment on time even if need emergency appointments .I always get it .staff and doctor is very helpful..highly recomend this surgery to others .this surgery excellent and they care all patients very kindly ..and convenient parking as well available which rarely get near to surgeries. I like this surgery. | ||||||
