New Hey Surgery

I visited the surgery for my appointment the doctor was very cold during consulation and i felt they prioritised their own agenda rather than mine. I required a list of vaccines and was told by the doctor they have 3 other patients waiting so will do it when they have time, this was very rude and would not have taken any longer than a couple of minutes to print. After i left the consulation room i noticed the doctor had left their microphone on when calling the next patient in, other patients in the waiting room could hear discussions between the doctor and patient, i told the receptionist who ignored what i had said and waited to be told by someone else. These careess mistakes should not be happening especially when concerning the privacy and confidentiality of patients.
