A terrible so called practice, some receptionist are extremely rude, as helpful as a dead light bulb, I needed a emergency medical appointment rang 104 times before got answer telling all slots booked requested a sick note for my bad back online on 4 November and as of 10 November these doctors on 100k a year not bothered to get back to me they are still playing the covid excuse games avoid this practice like the plague |

Some receptionists are very good but a few are a disgrace. Why are they in these jobs when they are so rude and unhelpful. Feel like I don't want to call anymore. Surely they are there to help you. You call them when you are ill. Treat you like a nuisance caller and can't get rid of you quick enough. No point in complaining. If you get an answer it's just an insincere apology and nothing changes. Moved here 10 years ago after leaving a similar one. It was excellent at that time, now it's just as bad. |

I feel that I don't want to call any more. Whilst some of the reception staff are good, a few of them are a disgrace. You are made to feel like you are a nuisance to them. Talk to you as though you are a spam caller and can't get rid of you quick enough. Surely they are supposed to be helping you. You call them because you are ill. Several occasions wrong information or none at all has been passed on. Pointless making a complaint. Just get a verbal apology and nothing changes. Moved to this practice around 10 years ago due to problems at my previous one. Felt like a breath of fresh air at the time, now it's just as bad. |
