Reception staff and nurses and doctors are all without fault as far as I am concerned.I have been a patient in that practice since 1966 . People come and go, but I have never ever had cause for complaint. I can’t speak highly enough of them. It will be a special day when we can be back at our Cliffe Avenue surgery of course !!! Thank you to everyone. |

Truly excellent service from all the reception staff I have dealt with over the last couple of days. They did absolutely everything they could to arrange an operation for me as soon as possible at very short notice. I was kept informed at all times and a number of hurdles were overcome for me by the staff. I do appreciate everyone's efforts and would recommend them most highly. |

Nurse must be highly commended for giving extra service, in her own time on 16th February, 2018, to help a patient. A vital part of some equipment had gone missing at Baildon which meant treatment could not be given. The nurse arranged with the patient to meet at Windhill later so treatment could be given at the end of her duty.
She was kindness personified, thank you |
