Trying to get appointment online is a never ....some of the GPs send you to consultants then ignore the recommendation the consultants give meaning that clearly these GPs seem to know more than the consultants whom specialised , also for some reason GP s love to keep recommending going to physio therapist even tho most people know that it never works or makes your condition worse ..maybe the BMA should do a survey to ask people because to me it's a waste of NHS resources and if you have mental health issues don't bother with this surgery they haven't a clue . On a good note the frontline staff are brilliant just can't say that about some of the doctors whom think they always know better than you !! | ||||||

Dear Sir, Myself and family have moved from bradford to colwyn bay on 2nd August 2021.We registered at roslan medicalon the 5th August. Since then they have tried to email our old surgery for list of my families prescriptions with no answer. I now am out of my medication one stopping barrets syndrome which could turn into cancer, along with over ailments. My partner as COPD and Ashma and will run out of her breathing medication in a few days, she as been on the phone to bowlinghall medical centre bradford for two days. The bradford surgery are not hanging up on us and lying to us. Please help. after having made 33 calls this morning starting at 8am as requested I finally got through at 10 past only to be told there were no appointments left, this seems to happen every time I ring. I then asked if I could see a nurse as I have a chemical burn on my foot which was bleeding and as i'm diabetic I realise this needs seeing to, no available appointments there either, all this by 10 past 8!! was advised to go to hospital, well thank you for your expert opinion!. what do you do? 3 appointments a day?? my wife attends Vulcan st health centre and has no problems whatsoever getting an appointment and I think I shall be doing the same in future after coming here since being a small boy and i'm now in my mid 50's. thank you for being a complete waste of time | ||||||
