having switched from a most unsatisfactory practice to this one I cannot be more delighted with the service offered.
I rang at 8.30 and was immediately offered a choice of appointments the same day. when I arrived at the surgery I was seen at the exact time by a very charming and professional doctor who diagnosed my problem quickly and sympathetically, and fully explained the treatment I would need. I rang the surgery later because I had misunderstood a small piece of advice and asked to speak to the doctor. understandably the doctor was busy with patients, but I received a call back only a couple of minutes later, and my confusion was cleared up without difficulty. both my partner and I are immensely impressed by the dealings we have had here, and cannot praise all the team at the practice highly enough. this is a shining example of the best that the nhs offers and I can only express my enormous gratitude for the service offered. FAULTLESS! | ||||||

Hard to put into words how much I was helped this week.
Monday 11:00 am I had a profound incident where my vision was severely affected I thought I had gone blind! It came back after 10 mins or so but much diminished.
I called the surgery and asked for an urgent appointment and explained the problem, Reception couldn't be more helpful but there was no Dr with a free appt so I was offered an appt't with the practice Nurse.
She was brilliant did some tests and had obvious concerns so I was sent to BRI.
The help I got there was way beyond their duty of care but that is another story.
Rooley lane did everything they could to help me and got me the fastest treatment and help available.
Thank you practice nurse and thank you reception staff for caring.
My #NHS is brilliant!
