I’ve had problem after problem with this practice I have diagnosed illnesses and long term health issues and they constantly risk my safeguarding and mess my controlled medications about The receptionists take it upon themselves to refuse any care even when it is very dangerous to leave me without these medications They send me countless 0 tolerance letters if I dare to try and protect my health and stick up for my actual rights. There are 3 amazing doctors in this practice of which I’ve seen dr Hayward (the male dr) dr Dawson and Dr Pickering and can’t comment for all the doctors but most are constantly trying to change my medications even when my pain management have asked them not to change it or lower it until they have given me my injections They have caused my mental health to deteriorate and made me terrified to try get any help with my long term pain when it becomes acute I’m scared to change doctors as I don’t do well with change but feel I’ve been left no choice this has been too my on over 5 years |
