Really pathetic service, especially staff at the counter or call centre are full of excuses and lies and will never give any appointment. I made continues 5 attempts for 5 days. In the mornings calls get never answered and after 9am the lady on the phone goes ring again tomorrow morning and that’s how you can never get an appointment. It’s like a race of horses. They’re full of jokes, really disappointed by their poor service. They never offer you any solution and at first they put the phone down with an attitude. I stayed with the Surgery for past 5 years but finally decided to say them goodbye forever and change my surgery somewhere else. | ||||||

I came in on Friday i booked the appointment on the same morning phone was answered within few minutes, GP was great always see the same Dr straight forward appointment was not kept waiting long, greeted with a smile on reception.

I have been going to the doctors for a couple of weeks. Some of the staff try to brush you off and get rid of you without helping. But there's this 1 receptionist who i think left the surgery and has now returned. She is always informative and explains processes clearly and always gives a call back to update myself or my family in reguards to any enquires we have.
Glad she came back
