I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment for my child. She was seen by a lovely lady nurse who was excellent with her and took time to examine her properly. |

Given the surgery is in a disadvantaged area and the healthy lifestyle options and choice are low, under immense pressure the surgery is doing the best they can and the GP’s and staff including receptionist giving excellent Service. The patients are from very diverse backgrounds and there can be limitations and language barriers but the staff are managing well in the best of their capacity. Sometimes expectations may not be met but the doctor will address issues through the practice manager or Lear a message, the doctor does get back to you & is responsive |

You will never be able to book a appointment by telephone
Ive been ringing for days..Website states 8.30am opening times..the doors only open at that time,so go sit there untill 9 o clock then go join the que to book an appoinment.so leave work to physically go there and book an appointment,then drive home to drive back for your appointment unless u sit there for hours for your appointment time...its absolutely ridiculous just toget an appointment.online appointments will give u dates for 2 weeks later,and does not give you the option to cancel.so drive there just to cancel appointments too |
