    Me and my family do not have seen the doctor since 2018! It is impossible to get appointments.

    The worst staff- especially the receptionists! Both at little Horton and Woodroyd! Can never get an appointment and they speak to you so rudely for no reason. If you manage to get an appointment at this critical time, you’ll see the office staff laughing and joking while you’re sat waiting 30 minutes to be seen.

    What a absolute joke there is no respect for people I have personally witnessed staff talking down on poor old women and men coming in this is really really bad and needs urgent attention ASAP.
