They are always incredibly quick to get you an appointment or referral. All staff I have seen at the surgery have been lovely and so helpful with any concerns or problems. I'll be sad to have to return to my normal doctors surgery after university, as it's been incredibly easy to get all the help I need with this surgery. | ||||||

Treated very rudely by receptionist who was dismissive of my symptoms and refused to book me an appointment with a doctor. They told me to ring 111 if I needed help. Prescriptions take days to sort out when you can actually get through to reception. | ||||||

I was registered at the university surgery for 4 years during my studies before I completed them. The waiting time can be a few days sometimes which is understandable due to the volume of students who go the surgery but emergency appointments etc will be done for the same day. Apart from that, the surgery has been great. Always understanding to my needs; the reception staff rang back in a timely manner if there was any concerns as well as ringing to check up that referrals and appointments went smoothly. Overall, the staff here are a credit to the NHS and do a really good job. I haven't had a bad experience in the 4 years I attended the surgery. | ||||||
