Had a great experience in Bilton Medical Centre. Got my treatment and my cough is gone, it wasn’t chronic but it has been so long that I was experiencing it every other week. Definitely recommend | ||||||

Went to see the doctor. Appointment was at 2.40 . Got seen at after around 3.40. The doctor was out of surgery. I asked the doctor for a repeat prescription item scheriproct informing him it had helped alot in my condition and that I had,over a period of few weeks , bought a few different medicines over the counter after consultation with the pharmacist which hadn't worked at all. spending alot of money on it over a few weeks but saw no I.provement . So could he please give me the same medicine that had been prescribed previously which worked so well I couldn't believe it when he prescribed proctosedyl instead . Which is no better than what I had bought repeatedly over the counter and it hadn't worked. I had repeatedly told him I've tried it many times . From boots and tesco. I fail to understand why he didn't pay any attention or give me a reason for why he cant prescribe the medicine that had worked so well and was recorded on my medical records.. He failed to understand that I self medicated and it didn't work. And I was there because I needed what had worked so well for my condition,. I hope this review helps to improve consultation process.
