Siddal Surgery

Every time I ring up, the receptionist either, 1- forget to write down and pass on message 2- when they do say they will do something, it never gets done, only for you to find out 2 months later on. 3- doesn’t do there job, period. They try acting like doctors, when clearly there not, trying to give you medical advice when they have no idea, refusing to let you see the doctors until you launch a formal complaint against them. I feel like, No offence, but if you can’t do you job, leave or fire the person. In any other business, if you fail at your job, you get punished/ fired, so why hasn’t this happened yet? Hell if need be, I’ll come in and do there job, I’ll do it for half the wage, and probably twice as good. I’m dead serious.

Big sign on surgery entrance to say book flu jab and I also got a text saying to book;so I phone only to be told by an abupt receptionist that I'm not over 65 and go to Rosgarth surgery for drop in session!!!!!!!!! I have severe social anxiety so doing a dropping session is out of the question. To add insult to injury,the repttionist put the phone down on me.I wasn't rude nor aggressive.Just stating my problem.I am required to have a flu jab due to 3 of my medicial conditions!!! Fed up with this surgery.
