Today 9/5/22 I was told my Physio ( private) suggested I pop to the docs urgently and show them a mark on my body. With no appointment I was sure I would be turned away, well I was wrong, the 2 evening receptions (;5.15pm) were amazing and said they would speak with someone, I was then told the doctor ( dr Okanga )would ring me , he rang before I left the surgery and called me back in, he checked me over, sorted a prescription to the the clinic pharmacy. My treatment was excellent and quick and the staff were amazing, ?????????? Thank you. Diane Collinge |

Rang the practise at 08:02am. Immediately in telephone queue, telling me I'm in a queue and will be answered shortly. 9 mins and 50 seconds later, automated voice telling me all operators are busy, call back later. So, I redial. This time I am in the telephone queue for 11 mins and 41 seconds before I get the message saying all operators are busy call back later. Redial again, after twenty-seven minutes I finally get through to a human being who promptly tells me that there are no appointments left for today but I can call back later and ask. No appointments are available at all. When asked why I got cut off twice I am told that over 200 people are trying to ring the practise. I suggest the practise manager uses her expertise and sorts out this, quite frankly, dreadful time that all patients have when trying to book an appointment at this GP surgery. |

Impossible to get an appointment at this practice. I called at 8am and was in the 'queue' then a voice message says all callers are busy and call back later. This happens every time. Shocking service. I came from Bury where the services were excellent, an appointment always if you needed it and a text service where you can chat to a gp and send photos! |
