    My Mother has been on and off unwell for the past couple years and during that time she has tried to make a face to face appointment. A face to face appointment has been impossible to make. Some of the doctors on the other end of the phone when my mum rings up say 'Well, what do you want me to do about it' Not a comment I would expect to hear from a doctor. The receptionists are rude. Some of her medical information have been lost, such as the blood pressure results given to the surgery were lost. You are probably going to reply back and say 'Contact Diane Harris, Practice Manager'. On your website it says 'Care Quality Commission' Good 2020. What is your latest Care Quality Commission for 2024?
