Can't get an appointment. Phone lines open at 8, all appointments gone message at 8.01 please ring back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, sit waiting for phone line to open, message saying doesn't open till 8, get through bang on 8, guess what 8.01 message saying all appointments are gone please ring back tomorrow. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. Website has message saying online appointments are suspended so can't book online (has been like that for over two years). | ||||||

I feel the current system of only being able to get an appointment to speak to a GP on the day you ring the surgery is appalling. Like most people I work and I work a shift system that only allows me to ring on my days off. I rang today and was kept on hold for 17 minutes only to be told that all appointments had been filled and to ring back tomorrow. I feel that it is not acceptable that I cannot arrange for an appointment on the days when I am not at work. Regrettably I feel the current system is not designed in the patients best interests at all. | ||||||

after booking an appointment at 08.00 i arived at 07.55...then with several other pople signed in on screen ...reached 08.15..went back to receptionist..whome said i have missed my appointment the same receptionist that had let us in.. saying that after signing in on screen i should have then gone to receptionist as well as that is how the doctors system is set up.i didnt have my glasses and didnt see this .. i waited another 10 mins after informing that i was on time to be told that i would have to re-book.... i had to come out of work for this appointment and feel very disapointed and let down as it was the surgerys sytem fault | ||||||
