Since the surgery joined with Springhall group practice you cannot speak to anyone at Southowram. The phone number takes you through to Springhall. Southowram is empty, though they tell you there are GP's there every day it does not function as a normal GP surgery. It is absolutely disgraceful that this has been allowed to happen. The partners of this group do not give a dam that their service is appalling. Something needs to be done about this by the regulators. | ||||||

I have been to a few doctors due to moving home and without a doubt this is the best one, no issues with the doctors or the staff very friendly and always there to try and help you no matter what the issues you have. Very understanding. A credit to the NHS | ||||||
