Recently I've have had 2 appointments with the new Dr S Win,i cant remember the last time i received such care from this practice,she was very attentive to my needs,even after i had left the surgery she contacted certain services that she thought would benefit me and my needs.I can appreciate that gps are now under alot of stress,and over the past years I've come out from many of my appointments with a feeling of been rushed and very dissatisfied with the lack of care i received,but after seeing Dr Win recently i actually had 2 full 30 minute appointments an felt that very much care was given. The last time i felt this level of care was with the old doctors,Dr Steel,Dr Hicks and Dr Dhir. Thank you Dr Win,you restored my faith in the NHS gp's ????? | ||||||
