The place is a complete Joke, no help at all and the new receptionists are a nightmare. Why we have to go through everything with them is ridiculous. They have no medical training. The management of this practice is ridiculous. The nurses are lovely though. Sharon (I think) is brill, they used to have a great lady on reception called Annie or Annette (again, I think). Get her back, she was helpful! | ||||||

Trying to get in to see the Doctors is a mountainous task. Firstly, the phone staff are nowhere near helpful and if you do get through, it’s just a case of trying to get you in and out as soon as possible with no real help. Terrible practice | ||||||

I rang up this morning on behalf of my elderly friend who has a lot of health issue's. Unfortunately the receptionist are a barrier between the patient n the doctor. You can NEVER get a appointment with a doctor, its always ring up 8am in morning. Even so no luck getting a appointment. My friend had no luck getting a appointment for past week, I took over and tried getting her appointment, explained why, but receptionist was so RUDE! Doctors are lovely but receptionist are giving the practice a bad reputation. | ||||||
