I had an appointment on Friday 12th August at 12.40pm. On arrival the recepitonist was very surly, got my name wrong and then told me to sit down. Waited 30 minutes went back to reception to ask how much longer I would be waiting, then told me that I should have been contacted as my appointment had been cancelled. I received a txt yesterday stating that I had missed my appointment on Friday 12th August at 12.40pm and this could result in me being taken off the list! Aboslutely disgusting! |

Was so bad had to leave couldn't take anymore in mishandling in care even when in so much agony and pain no appt or couldn't even get my prescriptions made and even when I went for hospital appt for checkup they write to GP about potential medication needed ignored worst service surgery even plus rude incompetent's receptionists and not even one descent doctor met always saying get telephone appt then when that doctor calls you they hang up on you when you answer I joined woodhouse surgery very professional |

When ever I ring surgery there are 10 people in queue which never moves even after 15 minutes, ridiculous appalling. Can never get an appointment to go in and see doctor and also on E Consult when you ask for a female a bloody male rings. It's no excuse for saying there were no females available they need to work on this too apart from answering calls instead of leaving it ringing and just having coffee. |
