I haven’t seen a GP yet but the reception staff are extremely helpful (asked which doctor was best suited for each of the issues I need help with and appointments were made accordingly) and easier to get through on the phone than other surgeries I have used. |

Some days they are good but honestly speaking when its urgent, they are hopeless. Dr. Joe and Dr. Thakkur are the two doctors we need to see in an emergency. Dr Indira and Dr Gowda are waste of time n funds. My 8 years old has been in acute agony due to high temperature and blocked nose for 7 days. Dr Gowda sent prescription of oral spray which didn't help. Now I have been trying to get an appointment but no chance. They force patients to see Dr Gowda which is mere waste of time. Same with Dr Indira. She can prescribe you two antibiotics when you are heavily bleeding and need a DNC. Please give us some good doctors and check how they use funds that are meant to be used for patients. |
