Just a message to say thank you for for being there. I can't complain about the Dr's and the clinicians at the surgery. I've always had the best help and medical support I needed. For the past two years I've been struggling with my menopause and I can tell you that from Ann in the office to the Clinicians they have been absolutely fantastic to help me sort out my medical needs I have to mention Michelle who's on the phones, she is absolutely fantastic No doubt she provides service from the heart. Always makes time to sort out your needs. Again a big thank you. |

I've been meaning to write this review, but today took the time to so. When things don't quite go our way pick that phone or an email. But I'm going to say a big thank you to Mehvish hope I spelt the name correctly. I've been seeing her for over a year and she made me feel at ease and got y diagnostic correct. Put me through the right departments ect.. Straight to the point. The main thing about Dr Mehvish she listened and I didn't feel rushed, some appointments prior to this I did feel I was on a time schedule. So a big thanks and keep the good work up. |

I had a smear test which was very uncomfortable at the surgery it was not the best experience, after my smear test I found I was suffering from left side pain and was passing urine more often , I went back to surgery to get my urine tested to which they said no infection ., for two days I was still passing a lot of urine and pain was not easing , I decided this time to visit the walking in centre to which when they tested said I had a urine infection , so Healds Roads Surgery could have picked this up but somehow didnt , I was given antibiotics to clear this , which it did but ended up with an abcess near my groin which I don’t know how it happened, I was further in psin , rung the surgery but they couldn’t get me in for another few days so decided to go to walking in centre , they referred me to the hot clinic with some antibiotics and I ended up having an emergency surgery on the abcess at the hospital, I felt neglect by the Healds road Surgery , I feel the nurse may have been incompetent to be doing the smear test , I feel healds road surgery don’t follow their patients care thoroughly , after 35 years at this surgery I feel I need to change surgery because the service is falling never can see an actual GP and it’s seems just seems the GP surgery are happy to just push you off to A/e or the walking in centre . |
