Stay away from this surgery if you care for your health. The service is absolutely terrible. I ring them every day to get an appointment booked for my elderly mom who is severely ill but the phones don”t get answered , doctor is never available ! I am in the process of moving surgery. Doctor prescribes tablets but the health deteriorates even more with the tablets provided and when wanting to be seen , they say call back next week. You dont get appointments at all!! AVOIDDDD!!!! | ||||||

I have been with this surgery for about 20 years thankfully I have never had to see the Dr except for review of medication. i have found all the staff as well as the Dr to treat me with dignity and respect. I see and hear many people complaining constantly about the staff at other surgeries in Kirklees and think how lucky am I . | ||||||

This surgery/practice are great as they make you feel at home and relaxed from the receptionists to Doctor and they treated with respect,
They listen to your concerns and they go further to help I would recommend this surgery to anyone. | ||||||
