Once you get an appointment the doctors and the service they provide is excellent. The problem comes with the admin staff and those supporting the medical staff. Time after time I have problems getting repeat prescriptions from this practice. They either just don't do them, do them wrong or just don't follow their own procedures. When I arrive at my local pharmacy to collect I often cross my fingers and have to hope for the best. Their little errors and lack of attention to detail have huge implications for patients like myself. I just have no faith in their abilities and have lost all trust and respect for the admin staff there. It really does need looking into as other surgeries seem to be able to get these most simple things right. | ||||||
