I recently had to contact the strouden park surgery with regards to my elderly mother who is 94 years young.I would just like to praise the paramedic who called to attend her.He was so kind and attentive to her even though she is very hard of hearing.He put her completely at ease with his friendly and calm manner.Every thing he did was very professional and she mentioned after he left that it was like having a friend call and she felt reassured even though she was feeling unwell.Thank you from a very grateful daughter . | ||||||
