Phones are always busy, cant get throug to this flipping practice since Friday, now its Monday. Terrible service. My daughter has chronic asthma and was diagnosed with COVID-19 and we cannot even speak to someone on the phone. This is utterly despicable service for a primary care provider. |

The problem for receptionists is the rude and disrespectful treatment of others, unspeakable negligence, failure to help book necessary appointments, and negligence in dispensing medicines. |

We were forced to move practice about two years ago due to lack of space at our old practice and not living any longer in the catchment area and joined Birkby Practice. During this time we have had excellent service from all involved the doctors, nursers, receptionists and the practice staff. They always go the extra mile and willing to help and do what they say, it is like we have gone back in time when doctors and staff cared and that we aren't interrogated each time we ring. it is great that the doctors will ring when we have queries rather than expecting us to take up precious appointment slots. Great service thank you |
