I would like to pass on my sincere gratitude to all staff Nurses and Doctors of the handling of my mother in laws care during a long and gruelling cancer illness and recent death.She alway sang the praises of the lovely girls in reception who greeted her friendly and professionally! The consultant also gave her the best care and when she called and asked for help when she was in pain or distressed she would be there! My mother in law died very recently at her home and on her death doctors came out within 1 hour and all paperwork completed quickly and with dignity! This has made such a sad time easier for us all. Palliative care at this surgery is excellent. they work with partners district nurses and specialist workers is a fantastic way and our family is very grateful! | ||||||

Today me and my son was booked in for our 6 week check. This appointment was booked 2 weeks ago. The surgery rang me to cancel saying the doctor I was booked in with doesn't do 6 week checks. It requested an appointment today instead for him as I was waiting to see the doctor today to discuss another problem. I was told there is no doctor's in today that see under 1's. Apparently there is only one doctor there that can see babies what happens if she is on holiday for a week. Very poor service. I agree with the review below there is a doctor there that never seems to listen to you either she just dismisses what you say think she knows better when you know your own body.
I will be changing doctor's but other than the above problem they have been quite good. | ||||||

I honestly feel like this GP surgery is a joke! The amount of times I have needed an appointment and I have been told to ring in the morning but no one seems to answer the phone,
I have requested an appointment quite a few times with a certain GP but this doesn’t seem to happen either , on the day it’s a completely different one. The GP I have seen is ridiculous , I have been to her quite a few times and she doesn’t seem to listen to the issue , I feel like she judges and gives sarcastic comments. I feel like I cannot talk to her at all. Will be looking for a new GP. | ||||||
