The staff have been fantastic at city view and shafton lane over the last 3 years always been friendly except one a few years ago but was removed I believe. The care of the doctor of recent have been very supportive and now have an in-house pharmacist who has been excellent and discussed medications. I've noticed a few changes over the years and is run very efficient now...On previous occasions I had two bad doctors which affected my treatment for a long time but has now been ammended. The stress over the years has been hell and hated seeing a doctor due to previous poor treatment-Now I'm more confident in seeing a doctor and the in-house pharmacist has helped control pain which is now more manageable. The online service is very helpful. |

i have difficulty making appointments due to not being on the phone. most receptionists are lazy and rude, i once ask about nearest covid jab walk-in centre, their responce: ring 111. now i have the mental health nurse holding my sick notes hostage. |
